Welcome to TWENTY SIXTEEN !!!

We are in summer mode sunny days , balmy nights. Hope all of our readers have had a wonderful break with friends and family.

Our style calendar is filling up fast with must see hair events penciled in, here at the salon we are kicking off with CELEBRITY STYLING and short crafted cuts by ‘Dee Parker’ who is an ex-New Plymouth stylist now giving the ozzy’s a run for their money. She will be showcasing up to 12 models with her fashionable looks, if you are interested in coming along tickets are $50 for the public on March 1st, you can ask us to sort it for you. It will be a great event for you and your girlfriends. ‘Get the inside scoop’ with us !

I (Brenda) have been off to the travel agent booking up large for MELBOURNE lucky me gets two trips later in the year….TRIBE –  the national business event and HAIR EXPO – largest in the southern hemisphere. Im also heading to Auckland in early May for INDUSTRY an inspiring hair event with national and international artists ( yes we are ‘artist’s too ) , in between hair events i’ve been pushing myself out in the surf…I have a racing Stand Up Paddle Board now too…..KEEN ! …my new brag is entering and completing all 3 events in the recent Taranaki SUP Classic.

TRACEY is coming to HAIR EXPO too….watch out for two of New Plymouths stylist’s on the loose surrounded by every piece of hair inspo available in the big smoke-RAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!  Tracey is always staying up to date and showing her clients how to make life easier at home by styling your hair the best you can at home with the right tools and products. Rumor has it she wants to get a SKY DIVE under her belt – Extreme !

KENDALL is crowned ‘KERASILK QUEEN’ of the salon, she can smooth your hair like no body’s business, so if your hair doesn’t like to do what its told better get an appointment with her ASAP, she will get it under control and give you advise on how to look after it at home ( trust me it will be a heck of alot easier) ! Kendall has been super motivated about health and fitness at the moment too so i hope some of that rubs off on me ha ha !

DONNA is back for her last stint at polytech, she is asking for your help, if you or someone you know wants to have permanently straightened hair, or be super blonde…toned etc ( still talking about the hair lol) then call her at the salon, she has great pricing available. Its a numbers game for evidence ( that means she needs lots of new clients ) . Donna’s new puppy is taking up the rest of her spare time…so its off to puppy school for them…CUTE !

The drive in movie hit town a few weeks ago, I made it up on the big screen ! look out for the video floating around on social media.
